These are all recipes that we have tried as part of the Nutrisystem program.

  • Paul's Apple Bundt Cake - A great way to start the day with your pancake mix. Counts as breakfast, fruit, and protein.
  • One of the most popular recipes is Jazzman's Bread Pudding made with the NS muffins.
  • My mom's Jello/Cream Cheese Salad - A colorful and refreshing way to have a protein.
  • Any season might be a good time for this Eggnog recipe. (Note: I got tired of this after a couple of helpings. You have to be a real eggnog nut to really appreciate it I think!)
  • This cheesecake, on the other hand, is so good, it's hard to resist devouring the entire recipe!!!
  • Here's a super-easy way to make a chocolate-banana smoothie!
