This is easy to prepare and is a great way to get in a protein as well as a little extra fruit.

Counts as a protein. Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients:

2 boxes sugar-free jello, either different flavors or the same
2 fruit servings, either diffent fruit or the same (I like banana as one of them)
2 8 oz packages of fat-free cream cheese
2 oz of fat-free milk (amount may vary)
6 tspn of Splenda (or 6 packets)

Directions:

  1. In an 8-inch square glass casserole dish, mix one box of jello per instructions.
  2. Add one of the fruit servings to the jello, spreading it evenly, and refrigerate until completely set.
  3. Soften the cream cheese (with a mixer, thanks for the tip!), adding the milk and Splenda as you mix it.
  4. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the layer of jello.
  5. In a separate container, mix the other box of jello per instructions.
  6. Add the second fruit serving to the jello, and pour the mixture on the cream cheese layer.
  7. After it has set, divide it into 8 even portions.
  8. Enjoy!
