It was time for my dairy & fruit snack, but we were out of skim milk, so I tried this as an experiment. Holy cow!! I fugure after a couple of weeks of these, I may start to get tired of them, but boy are they tasty!

1 cup 8th Continent Light Chocolate Soy Milk (90 calories)
1/2 banana
1 cup crushed ice
3 packets of Splenda

Put them in the blender for a while, and that's it! Delicious smoothie! If you use half of a frozen banana, it ends up being thick enough to eat with a straw or a spoon!
